Be the Influence (BTI)

To address higher than average binge-drinking rates in the Tamalpais Union High School District, Be The Influence formed as a youth advisory group that takes action and leads projects in their school and community. Be The Influence is comprised of student-parent leadership teams and a student-led youth advisory group. They use town-hall meetings, theater events, poster campaigns, and other methods to educate local parents and teens and reduce Marin’s teen binge drinking rates.
