The Center offers training services to build the leadership capacity of both young people and adults. Training programs can be tailored to meet the needs of organizations of all sizes and areas of focus.

Technical Assistance
The Center has a team of experienced staff and consultants that provide technical assistance to organizations, foundations, and government to increase the effectiveness of their programs and services, and design and implement new programs and initiatives.

Research and Evaluation
The Center offers research and evaluation services to communities and organizations involved in youth engagement and development. These services are offered in two ways: The Youth Leadership Institute can conduct an evaluation of a program or project or YLI can facilitate a youth-led research or evaluation project.

CMCA
Communities Mobilizing for Change on Alcohol (CMCA)
CMCA is a nationally recognized model program that utilizes successful community-organizing and environmental prevention strategies to reduce youth access to alcohol. The Youth Leadership Institute is the national trainer for the CMCA model program.
