YLI Youth Help Prevent Underage Drinking
YLI youth at San Francisco’s Washington and Thurgood Marshall High Schools created media campaigns to promote positive decisions including teaching the student body that not as many students drink as what is perceived, making it easier for more students to avoid drinking.
"Being a part of this program is a chance to make a big change in our communities, and to change the perceptions of youth," says YLI youth, Isak Gonzalez, a 12th grader at Thurgood Marshall High School.
